Meet Kelly

Before beginning her career in law, Kelly served as a military police officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard. She is a combat veteran who deployed to Iraq as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kelly was awarded Soldier of the Year for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was First Runner-up in the Soldier of the Year competition for the Southeastern United States, which included soldiers from eight states and Puerto Rico.
While in law school she co-founded the Veteran's Advocacy Organization and was President of the Moot Court Board. Prior to starting a solo practice focused on estate planning and probate administration, Kelly worked for legendary trial attorneys Larry Franklin and Ann Oldfather with a concentration in wrongful death and medical malpractice litigation.
Kelly loves to travel with her husband Mark, enjoys walks with her two dogs, and trying new recipes.
